What Support Services do you provide?
We offer a complete support service for our customers. We have a manned IT Service Desk and currently have 7 support engineers based in Aberdeen. We can connect remotely to your PC’s and servers (securely of course) and fix the vast majority of problems this way, saving you time and money. We provide on site visits when required and pride ourselves in supplying highly qualified engineers who will respond to your problem quickly.
Who would need this?
- Any business with computers.
- Any business with a server(s).
- Any business with printers and other computing related hardware.
- We also have in-house specialists who have experience in supporting Apple MAC computers.

- Provide friendly honest support for computer hardware and software
- Work with you to come up with suitable solutions for any IT related problem or request.
- Discuss Information Technology strategy as and when required – in English not jargon, unless you want us to!
- We will not offer something to you if it isn’t suitable or fit for purpose.

Examples of our work
- We are the support provider for an Aberdeen based PR company of 10 people. We have over the years upgraded their network and made sure that we look after their backup, anti-virus and anti-spam solutions. We make sure they can access their systems remotely as and when required.
- We have recently created an Intranet for one of our Aberdeen headquartered support clients using Share Point. This has been so well received that this client is looking to extend it to the whole company with offices in areas like Houston and Rio de Janeiro.
