Examples of our work
Engineering company took 24 – 48 hours to get purchase order approval because it required approval from 3 signatories, automating this process with Microsoft SharePoint reduced the average approval time to 45 minutes.
A local recruitment company using Skibo’s Small business IT infrastructure support services wanted real time information on all support calls. Using SharePoint we developed a tasked based intranet were the client can place support calls, and view any other open and resolved calls.
We added enhancements to the site including a downloads section of commonly used software, an IT blog for any useful hints and tips for the smooth running of the IT system and a How to area.
