Know–it –alls - people who think they have nothing left to learn. We don’t think that person exists (??)
People who live in fear of interaction with other human beings. If you can’t handle dealing with users and clients, then we don’t think the job will be for you

How to apply...

We take our commitment to our people very seriously and therefore we have a formal application process: this helps us identify people with the qualities we are looking for.

We ask everyone to write us a letter covering the following:

Your reasons for wanting to work at Skibo
Tell us about a problem you solved recently. What was the issue and what was your solution? We're looking for people that take on challenges and sort them out. Again, this could be from your work or personal life
What are you passionate about?
You should also send your most up to date CV, making sure you include details of your previous work experience as well as information about technical qualifications and exam passes
